Monday, June 3rd, was a night to remember in New York City. The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative hosted their annual Pride Kickoff party at the historic West Village bar.
The star-studded night featured performances by singer-songwriter Joy Oladokun, Indigenous drag artists Lady Shug and Landa Lakes, RuPaul’s Drag Race star Robin Fierce, comedian Sam Jay, and more!
The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative, the official and only charitable giving organization of The Stonewall Inn, hosts this event annually to honor the 1969 uprising and spread awareness about the importance of safe spaces. With 2024 being the 55 year anniversary of the Stonewall uprising, this event was especially meaningful.
Guests in attendance included TV Personality Braunwyn Windham-Burke and Fiancée Jennifer Spinner, Lorna Luft, Activist Raquel Willis, Broadway Star Andrew Keenan Bolger,
SIGBI CEO and The Stonewall Inn Co-Owner Stacy Lentz, and more.
The party benefited Inclusion Tennessee to bring resources and justice to the LGBTQ+ community in the south. Learn more about The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative at stonewallinitiative.org.
