1.) The new documentary Lover of Men: The Untold History of Abraham Lincoln hits theaters today! Examining the intimate life of America’s most consequential president, preeminent Lincoln scholars and never before seen photographs and letters detail Lincoln’s romantic relationships with men. This doc not only fills in an important missing piece of American history, but also challenges the audience to consider current limited views of human sexuality. 2.) Netflix has shared the highly-anticipated official trailer of Will & Harper, reuniting Will Ferrell and former Saturday Night Live head writer Harper Steele on a cross-country road trip! Two years ago, Will received an email from Harper, his dear friend of nearly thirty years, coming out to him as a trans woman. In this intimate, honest, and heartfelt documentary, Will and Harper hit the open road to process this new stage of their friendship and reintroduce Steele to the country that she loves—this time, as herself. 3.) Strand Releasing has unveiled the official trailer for High Tide, the feature film directorial debut of out acclaimed writer and director Marco Calvani. The pic follows Lourenço (Marco Pigossi), a Brazilian immigrant with a nearly-expired visa who finds himself heartbroken when his American boyfriend unexpectedly leaves him alone in Provincetown with fleeting promises of his return. When Lourenço meets Maurice (James Bland), a kind nurse on holiday, they begin to find acceptance with each other while they struggle to reconcile their uncertain futures. Catch High Tide in New York theaters October 18 and Los Angeles theaters October 25, followed by select cities in November!
4.) Ruby Rose has been set to star in the upcoming dark thriller The Drowning Pool. Set in the Canary Islands, the film centers on the mysterious disappearance of surfer Isabelle Gray. Katherine, Isabelle’s sister, refuses to leave the country without answers and soon discovers that she isn’t the only woman to vanish into the ocean without a trace. With the help of local authorities, Katherine discovers a string of frightening clues that lead her into the jaws of an ancient ritualistic evil. Stay tuned for more information!

5.) Dannii Minogue has returned to play cupid in a new trailer for I Kissed A Girl, streaming on Hulu now! In the spin-off British reality series, narrated by lesbian comedian Charley Marlowe, ten single queer women are matched into pairs at an Italian villa and meet with a kiss to test their chemistry. 6.) The official trailer for Ryan Murphy’s Grotesquerie has arrived, revealing a first-look at out actresses Niecy Nash-Bett and Michaela Diamond! In the horror drama, a series of heinous crimes have unsettled a small community. Detective Lois Tryon (Nash-Betts) feels that these crimes are eerily personal and accepts help from Sister Megan (Diamond). However, they soon find themselves ensnared in a sinister web that only seems to raise more questions than answers. 7.) WOW Presents has introduced 12 new queens from across the Nations to compete for the title of UK’s Next Drag Superstar in season six of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK! Each week, the hopeful queens will compete for the coveted RuPeter badge, while the bottom contestants face a lip sync for their lives and the risk of elimination. 8.) Emmy Award-winning actor Murray Bartlett has been set to star opposite Eve Hewson in Downface, an ABC Signature comedy pilot for Hulu! The series follows Victoria (Hewson), the estranged daughter of a storied racing team’s owner, Sir Trevor (Bartlett), who is thrust back into the family business. After years apart, the pair must combine their business and racing knowledge to save the team!

9.) Denis O’Hare has joined the star-studded cast of the upcoming Netflix supernatural mystery series The Boroughs. Set in a seemingly picturesque retirement community, a group of unlikely heroes must band together to stop an otherworldly threat from stealing the one thing they don’t have… time. Keep an eye out for more information!
Alfred Molina, Geena Davis, Alfre Woodard, Denis O’Hare, Clarke Peters, and Bill Pullman will star in The Boroughs. A supernatural mystery series from The Duffer Brothers, Jeffrey Addiss, and Will Matthews.

10.) Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and composer Abigail Barlow has debuted her bisexual anthem “Strike Out.” Multi-genre singer-songwriter Crys Matthews has also released the new single “The Difference Between,” featuring three LGBTQ artists, all of whom call Nashville home! In more music news, genre-blurring alt-pop rapper Ashnikko’s new song “Paint The Town Blue” has been featured in Netflix’s Arcane: Season 2 trailer and is the lead single off the forthcoming game’s Original Soundtrack. Additionally, Halsey has announced an October 25 release date of her fifth studio LP The Great Impersonator—check out the cover art! Finally, Grammy Award-winning international pop sensation Kim Petras joined forces with The Chainsmokers on a brand new single and music video “Don’t Lie;” watch the music video below!
