This year, many influential Latine celebrities joined #SpiritDay to stand against bullying. Celebs like Thalia, Ana Maria Polo, Juan Pablo Espinosa, and Juan Pablo Di Pace have already gone purple. So have the casts of the Q Agenda on LATV, and the casts of hugely popular Spanish-Language morning shows Despierta América on Univision and Hoy Día on Telemundo. The shows have shared messages of support for LGBTQ youth and done segments on Spirit Day that help educate their millions of viewers on the need to combat bullying in schools, at home and everywhere.

One again this year it was fantastic to see the casts of leading Spanish-language shows go purple for #SpiritDay. The casts of the morning show Despierta América on Univision and of Un Nuevo Día on Telemundo all rocked purple again this year, as did the hosts of Primer Impacto and The Zoo on LATV. Spanish-language streamer Pantaya joined #SpiritDay and turned various channels purple.
