NOVA CYPRESS BLACK, Jett Garrison, Dana Aliya Levinson, Sav Rodgers, Noni Salma, Zeke Smith, and Rain Valdez have created authentic LGBTQ protagonists in stories that range from rom-com to thriller to sci-fi to sitcom and beyond.

GLAAD and The Black List have selected 12 feature scripts and 8 pilot scripts for the 2022 GLAAD List, a curated list of the most promising unmade LGBTQ-inclusive scripts in Hollywood that have been hosted on blcklst.com. Writers on the list include Nik Dodani, Josh Feldman, Rain Valdez, Zeke Smith, and Q. Allan Brocka.

GLAAD and The Black List have announced plans for the third edition of GLAAD List, with a call for submissions for LGBTQ+-inclusive scripts. Filmmakers and content creators are invited to submit a film or pilot script for consideration by uploading it to The Black List website during the months of July, August, and September 2021.

GLAAD continued its strong presence at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020, producing and participating in a full week of panels, activations, and events.
