This is not your average reality show! Despite featuring a cast of stars from all of our favorite reality series like Survivor, Love Island, Ru Paul’s Drag Race, The Bachelor, The Real Housewives, and more, The Traitors is like no other show you’ve ever seen before.
Back for its highly anticipated second season, The Traitors, hosted by LGBTQ icon Alan Cumming, is set in a remote castle deep in the Scottish Highlands, where 21 reality stars and other notable figures come together to compete in a series of challenges with the objective of earning a cash prize of up to $250,000.
Sounds pretty simple? But wait, there’s more. The contestants who are coined as “the Traitors” will have to devise a plan to steal the prize from the other contestants known as “the Faithful.” This Emmy-nominated series is sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seat.
This season is set to feature an exciting new cast of characters, one of which is none other than GLAAD Board Member and Ru Paul’s Drag Race alum, Peppermint. This multi-talented actress, singer, and DJ has dedicated much of her career to advocating for the LGBTQ community and was also was the first trans woman to originate a principal role on Broadway in the hit musical Head Over Heels.
Other stars competing on this season include Survivor’s Parvati Shallow and Sandra Diaz-Twine, The Challenge’s Chris ‘C.T.’ Tamburello and Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, The Real Housewives of Miami’s Larsa Pippen, The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Shereé Whitfield, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge, The Bachelor’s Peter Weber, Basketball star Marcus Jordan, and Dancing with the Stars’ Maksim Chmerkovskiy just to name a few!
