Next Gen NYC (Season One — Bravo)
The children of Real Housewives fan-favorites—gay designer and entrepreneur Brooks (Meredith Marks), Gia (Teresa Giudice), Ariana (Kim Zolciak), and Riley (Kandi Burruss)—are bringing the drama in Next Gen NYC. Featuring trans model Emira D’Spain, the show follows a tangled web of twentysomethings who were raised in the spotlight as they navigate friendships, careers and romance. I Kissed a Boy (Season Two — Hulu)
Dannii Minogue is playing Cupid to a brand new group of single men, including the show’s first trans contestant, hopeless romantic Lars! Narrated by Layton Williams, the men meet with a kiss to help them determine if there is a connection. From there, they’ll spend the summer getting to know each other in a swanky new Italian masseria, choosing to stay with their current partners in “kiss-offs” or exploring new connections along the way. Stream the new season on Hulu today and catch the reunion on June 24.
June 18
The Buccaneers (Season Two — Apple TV+)
The boisterous Buccaneers are back with more queer romance from beloved couple Mabel and Honoria! Inspired by Edith Wharton’s unfinished novel of the same name, the series follows a group of fun-loving American women in the 1870s as they descend upon London to secure a husband and a title, inadvertently kicking off an Anglo-American culture clash. In the sophomore season, the girls must fight to be heard as they wrestle with lust, jealousy, births and deaths — themes that consume all women of any age, no matter what year it is. Check out GLAAD’s interview with trans star Josie Totah and Mia Threapleton and don’t miss the season premiere on Apple TV+.
