1.) Emily is back in Paris on December 21, as Emily in Paris season 3 premieres on Netflix. The show centers on Chicago-based marketing executive Emily as she relocates to France after winning her dream role in Paris. She explores her new life working in the capital while juggling friends and lovers. Julien, played by Samuel Arnold, is a gay character who works with Emily and keeps her in the loop on all the gossip while also working hard to succeed. Emily in Paris, Wednesday on Netflix.
2.) Season three of Step Up, Starz’s TV series based on the movie franchise of the same name, comes to a close tomorrow. The show follows twins Janelle and Tal, who are sent to live with their uncle in Atlanta after their mother is arrested. There, Janelle learns about a performing arts school called High Water, which may just change everything about their lives. In the series finale it’s a battle for control over High Water and dreams of power, fame and fortune. Many secrets are revealed including the real murderer of East-O and the true identity of Saint Clip. Tal, one of the main characters, is now played by out actor Keiynan Lonsdale and is gay on the show. Step Up, Sundays at 10pm on Starz.
