The fifth season of Billions premieres on Sunday night. The show, about rivals in the financial industry, features major player Taylor Mason, who is non-binary and played by Asia Kate Dillon. In the season premiere, Bobby Axelrod reaches a major milestone. Chuck struggles to get his bearings, and he and Wendy navigate a new normal. Tensions are high at Axe Cap now that Taylor is back, and Axe faces off against new rival Mike Prince as Taylor wrestles with a difficult decision. Billions: Sunday, 9pm on Showtime.
On Wednesday, the witches of Freeform’s Motherland: Fort Salem complete their final training at City Drop. A devastating secret will come to light that forces Tally to reconsider her unquestioning trust as their unit fractures, and a new Spree threat arises which will change the lives of every cadet. NBC’s Council of Dads returns with a new episode this week. The show includes trans character JJ, as well as gay character Oliver Post. In this week’s episode, Luly endeavors to make an impression in her writing group, digging deep into personal experiences for a piece. Evan contemplates a return to school, and Oliver makes strides with Theo but finds himself torn from his own family duties. Council of Dads: Thursday, 8pm on NBC.
