Set to dazzle millions of spectators across the country with America’s largest Independence Day display, Macy’s is set to deliver a spectacular summer experience filled with light and sound in “Macy’s Summer’s Greatest Hits,” on the “Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks” on NBC.
Before the fireworks light up the sky, a star-studded line up will take the stage live from New York City. Audiences can tune in to see exhilarating performances by Tanner Adell, Bell Biv DeVoe, Luis Fonsi, Shaboozey, The War And Treaty and Lainey Wilson.
Inspired by “Summer’s Greatest Hits,” Macy’s new summer campaign, this year’s custom 25-minute musical score of the fireworks show, will celebrate the season with summertime favorites. The score was produced and arranged by Grammy and Emmy Award winner Jason Howland, the score will feature chart-topping musical talents, including out queer artists Brandy Clark and Alex Newell.

Conceived, designed and produced by Macy’s Studios in collaboration with Pyro Spectaculars by Souza, the show’s 48th edition will feature more than 60,000 shells, more than 30 colors and never before seen effects.
The most iconic summer celebration of the year on Thursday, July 4th at approximately 9:25pm ET, with the NBC broadcast beginning live at 8pm ET on NBC Network and Peacock.
