This Sunday, May 17, is International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. In Mexico, “Libera Tu Orgullo” (Release Your Pride) at 10 p.m. CT will bring together activists and celebrities for an hour-long program of performances and messages of support en español. Also on Sunday, Puerto Rican LGBTQ activists will be joined by singers Ricky Martin and Olga Tañón to remember those lost to anti-LGBTQ violence and to call for safety for all Puerto Ricans.
