37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards Official Entry Form and Procedures

Submissions

Thank you for your interest in submitting to the 37th GLAAD Media Awards.

The call for submissions for the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards opens on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 9am ET and closes on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6 pm ET.

Submissions are $350. Submissions received after November 24 are considered late and will incur a $150 fee ($500 total) until Monday, December 22 at 6pm ET. Submissions received after that will not be accepted. Special exceptions will be made for projects that will broadcast, be published, etc. after November 24.

Please read the following carefully before selecting SUBMIT NOW below to be brought to the submissions application:

Payment MUST be received at the end of your submission application in order for your submission to be valid. Exceptions will be made for those interested in a fee waiver, and for those submitting multiple entries. For those submitting multiple entries (more than 3), please reach out to submissions@glaad.org to create an invoice.
There is no backend/internal system for applicants to save their submissions as drafts or make amendments to submissions after they have been sent. For those interested in drafting their application before submitting, we suggest transferring the application questions to an external document/system and submitting once you have gathered all the materials. If you would like to make an adjustment to a submission after you’ve submitted please reach out to submissions@glaad.org
