The queens of Season 17—Acacia Forgot, Arrietty, Crystal Envy, Hormona Lisa, Jewels Sparkles, Joella, Kori King, Lana Ja’Rae, Lexi Love, Lucky Starzzz, Lydia B Kollins, Onya Nurve, Sam Star, and Suzie Toot— sashayed all around The Big Apple.
From The New York Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, to Rockefeller Center, to The Virgin Hotel’s Mariah Carey Holiday Bar and even to Broadway to watch performances of Drag the Musical and Death Becomes Her, these queens have us all revved up for the new season.

On their visit to the New York Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, the queens connected with LGBTQ youth, decorating gingerbread houses and sharing heartfelt words of encouragement and inspiration. They spoke about self-love, resilience, and embracing one’s authentic self, leaving everyone feeling uplifted and ready to slay the season ahead.

The festivities culminated at the dazzling Season 17 red carpet premiere at Santa’s Secret NYC, where the queens served high-fashion lewks and treated lucky guests to an exclusive sneak peek of the season’s premiere episode. Hosted by Symone, the winner of Drag Race Season 13, the night featured beats by DJ Kevin Aviance and an unforgettable after-party.
Notable attendees included fashion icon Christian Siriano, NYC Council Member Erik Bottcher, judges Carson Kressley and Ross Mathews, along with Drag Race alums like Jasmine Kennedie, Kandy Muse, Jackie Cox, and Heidi N Closet, and more.
