Audible is giving music fans everywhere the opportunity to get to know their favorite artists on a deeper level than ever before. Earlier this month, Audible released four new installments of its music storytelling series, Origins.
The series offers fans an intimate glimpse into the influences that shaped some of the biggest names in music through spoken narrative, musical performance, and immersive sound design. The new installments feature incredible LGBTQ talent, changing the face of music, including Victoria Monét, Kali Uchis, and Troye Sivan.
“Sharing my story through Origins was a pleasant journey of self-reflection,” said Australlian pop artist Troye Sivan. “I’ve always found Origins to be a beautifully crafted series, and the thoughtful process was a reminder that genuine self-expression is a great foundation for meaningful art in both music and everyday life.”
“I hope listeners find inspiration in my journey and can relate to it, and realize that you can still forge your own path and achieve your dreams after the ‘nos,’” said Grammy Award-winning Victoria Monét. “You won’t be the person you were when you started the journey, you’ll grow – and you can make your own place.”
Past episodes have included stars like Billie Eilish, King Princess, Doja Cat, and more.
