When the world went online and in-home in the spring of 2020, GLAAD launched #GLAADHangouts to take our celebrity interviews off red carpets and into the homes of hundreds of thousands of supporters worldwide. As an ongoing production of Instagram Live conversations, the #GLAADHangouts series consists of thought-provoking and impactful dialogues between GLAAD and notable guests, influencers, and community leaders who are working to create greater LGBTQ representation and accelerate LGBTQ acceptance. 

During a time when the digital content market is more saturated than ever, the #GLAADHangouts series stands out and continues to expand its brand recognition. #GLAADHangouts is an opportunity to continue to garner support for the LGBTQ community and connect to our diverse and inclusive community of 418K+ Instagram followers.

Anpa’o’s groundbreaking work includes curating Imagining Indigenous Cinema at the UCLA Film & Television Archives, which featured over 40 films by US-based Indigenous artists, and her upcoming short film Kawá, developed at the Sundance Native Labs.
