CNBC, the world leader in business news, has long been a supporter of GLAAD and LGBTQ youth.
Today, for Spirit Day, the network went purple for the 14th year in a row!
“For the past 14 years, CNBC employees across the globe have come together to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community by wearing purple in honor of Spirit Day,” said Ryan Ruggiero, Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for NBCUniversal News Group. “As attacks on the community escalate, it is our duty to present a united front in the fight against bullying and act as a beacon of hope and change for the future of LGBTQ+ youth.”
CNBC even turned their iconic logo purple for the occasion.
