1.) The highly-anticipated adventure fantasy film Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Amongst Thieves is out now! The film brings the rich world and playful spirit of the legendary roleplaying game to the big screen, where a charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic. Bisexual actress Michelle Rodriguez plays Holga Kilgore, a barbarian who was exiled from the Uthgardt Elk Tribe and queer actor Justice Smith plays Simon Aumar, a wild magic sorcerer who is the descendent of Elminster Aumar, a notable wizard. 2.) A Good Person, featuring non-binary actor Celeste O’Connor, hits theaters today! The drama film follows Allison, a young woman with a wonderful fiance, a blossoming career, and supportive friends and family. However, her world crumbles in the blink of an eye when she survives a tragedy, emerging from recovery with an opioid addiction and unresolved grief. Years later, Allison forms an unlikely relationship with her would-be father-in-law and Ryan (O’Connor), a star high-school soccer player, grapples with finding her own way back to normalcy after her world is flipped upside down by the same accident. 3.) Bisexual Emmy and Grammy nominated comedian Margaret Cho has been added to the cast of dark comedy Evilou, alongside previously announced gay actor DJ Qualls. The film centers on Lou Vile (Qualls), a bitter podcaster who has devoted his life to waging war on love. When he falls for a single mother, Lou decides to undergo a personality-altering medical procedure in an attempt to win her heart. Cho plays a hip and enlightened boss at Earwig Media, Lou’s dream job that rejects him before his procedure. Production is currently underway in Los Angeles; keep your eyes peeled for release information!

4.) The first trailer of the upcoming crime thriller Master Gardener, featuring non-binary actor Quintessa Swindell, has been released by Magnolia Pictures. Master Gardener marks the final film in director Paul Schrader’s trilogy, following Narvel Roth (Joel Edgerton), the horticulturist of Gracewood Gardens. When Narvel’s wealthy dowager employer, Mrs. Haverhill (Sigourney Weaver), demands that he take on her wayward and troubled great-niece Maya (Swindell), Roth’s buried violent past comes to the surface and threatens them all. 5.) Lady Gaga has been spotted for a first look at her as Harley Quinn in the upcoming film Joker: Folie à Deux. The out icon was being filmed at the New York County Supreme Court, surrounded by police and extras carrying picket signs that implore “Free Joker.” Check out an image below and watch the Joker sequel in October, 2024!

6.) The official trailer for the fourth and final season of Barry has dropped this week! The Emmy-winning dark comedy centers on the titular Barry, a low-level hit man turned actor. In the trailer, a contemplative Barry sits in the prison cafeteria as he wrestles with his inner demons following his season three finale arrest. Returning characters include NoHo Hank (Anthony Carrigan) and his supplier turned lover Cristobal Sifuentes (Michael Irby). The eight-episode final season debuts with two new episodes April 16 on HBO and HBO Max; watch the trailer below!
7.) Fear the Walking Dead has debuted a teaser trailer for its eighth and final season at WonderCon! The season jumps seven years ahead in its last six episodes, where everybody who was brought to the island is navigating their new realities under Padre’s cynical rule. To reignite a belief in a better world, Morgan and Madison set out to rescue a now eight-year-old Mo. Season eight rolls out in two six-episode parts, the first of which begins May 14 on AMC and AMC+. Check out newly released images and watch the trailer below!
8.) The latest installment of gay director Ryan Murphy’s Feud series, Feud: Capote’s Women, has set Chris Chalk to star as James Baldwin. The second season of the FX series tells the story of Truman Capote, a gay writer and actor who used the lives of society women he called “swans” in a thinly-veiled expose for Esquire in 1975— leading to his banishment from society. Stay tuned for more information about Chalk’s character! Additionally, Netflix has announced a new animated supernatural series Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld, starring gay actor and comedian Bowen Yang. In more Netflix news, gay actor Barrett Foa has been tapped for a recurring role in Shondaland’s murder-mystery drama The Residence, where he plays Elliot Morgan, “the first gentleman” of the White House.
9.) Indie trio boygenius, comprised of queer singer-songwriters Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus released their debut full length album the record today. It’s accompanied by “the film” a series of music videos directed by out actor and filmmaker Kristen Stewart. Listen to the record here and watch “the film” below. In more music news, queer Gospel House artist Kaleena Zanders has dropped her new track “Real Love”, trans non-binary singer-songwriter and producer Miki Ratsula has released their single “jealous of my brother” and queer R&B vocalist Isla George has shared her new single “Be Kind To The People” with an official music video! Also, indie singer-songwriter Irene Diaz has released her new single “Lost” and indie rock band Mise En Scene, consisting of vocalist/guitarist Stefanie Blondal-Johnson and drummer Jodi Dunlop, has dropped a video for their new single “Reality Bites.” Last but certainly not least, out artist Shygirl has released a new rendition of her track “Woe”, found on the deluxe edition of the highly praised debut album Nymph_o, due April 14!
10.) In celebration of International Transgender Day of Visibility, transmasculine artist Jakk Fynn has released an upbeat new pop single “Take My Heart“, the first song off his upcoming EP Can’t Look Back, out later this spring. Watch the official “Take My Heart” music video below! Queer pop artist girli has unveiled her new single “Cheap Love”, which tells the story of a young queer couple— be sure to check the music video! Additionally, queer multi-hyphenate artist Araya has shared two tracks, “CAMEO” and “FORGET”, from his forthcoming ARENA EP; watch the CAMEO video! Non-binary songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Ezra Williams has also released their new single “Bleed” with an accompanying visualizer, which stands as the first track off their debut album Supernumeraries, out June 16.
11.) The Secret of Dorian Pink, a choice-based narrative adventure game that serves Victorian queerness, is available now! Set in Oscar Wilde’s Picture of Dorian Gray universe, this stylish tongue-in-cheek game takes players on a journey to help Dorian in his chaotic quest to save his boyfriend from the Devil.
