Season four of Westworld will premiere tonight at 9pm on HBO. In the first two seasons, robot hosts at Delos western theme park became aware that they were programmed for the entertainment of guests. In season two the hosts successfully escaped, and season three saw them in the outside world of 2052. This season, out actress Evan Rachel Wood will return as lead Dolores, out actress Tessa Thompson will return as Charlotte Hale, Executive Director of the Delos Destinations Board, and out actress Ariana DeBose will play a recurring guest star. On Tuesday, season two of Only Murders in the Building will premiere on Hulu. After Arconia Board President Bunny Folger’s (Jayne Houdyshell) astonishing murder, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short) & Mabel (Selena Gomez) rush to find out who killed her. Unfortunately, the trio is now publicly implicated in Bunny’s death, their neighbors think they murdered Bunny, and they must contend with a competing podcast. Out actress Cara Delevingne plays Alice, a chic art gallery owner and Mabel’s love interest. Only Murders in the Building: Tuesday, on Hulu.
On Wednesday, season two of The Upshaws will premiere on Netflix. The comedy follows a working class Black family in Indiana who strive for a better life and a happy home while juggling everyday struggles, and includes first-born gay son Bernard Jr. and sister-in-law Lucretia (out comedian Wanda Sykes). On Friday, season four volume two of Stranger Things will premiere on Netflix. The new season of the critically acclaimed supernatural drama series starts six months after the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destriction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are seperated for the first time– and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. Returning to the fourth season is lesbian character Robin Buckley (Maya Hawke), the best friend and co-worker of Steve Harrington at the Starcourt Mall. Stranger Things: Friday on Netflix.
