Docuseries Amend: The Fight for America will be released on Netflix on Wednesday. The show, hosted by Will Smith, delves into the fourteenth amendment and the fight of oppressed people for rights in this country. There will be an episode that in centered on the fight for marriage equality, and queer voices such as Samira Wiley and Laverne cox will be featured. HBO Max miniseries It’s a Sin will be released on the streamer on Thursday. The show, from out creator Russell T. Davies follows a group of young queer people in England when the AIDS crisis hits. The cast is lead by out performer Olly Alexander and features Neil Patrick Harris. It’s a Sin: Thursday on HBO Max.
