The CW’s Black Lightning returns for its fourth and final season on Monday. The show includes queer character Anissa Pierce, the superhero Thunder, as well as her girlfriend Grace. In the Season 4 premiere, Jefferson Pierce is still mourning the death of Det. Henderson. Meanwhile, Gambi is presented with an interesting opportunity. Lastly, Lynn and Jefferson are still not able to see eye to eye. Black Lightning: Monday, 9pm on The CW.
New CBS drama Clarice premieres on Thursday night. The show follows FBI agent Clarice Starling after the events of The Silence of The Lambs. After documentary Disclosure spoke about how the character of Buffalo Bill was harmful to the transgender community, the Clarice team hired Jen Richards, an actress and activist who is transgender, to consult on the show as well as join the cast.
