Season three of NBC’s Good Girls returns on Sunday night! The show follows three women who turn to crime to help support their families after they fall on hard times. The cast includes actor Isaiah Stannard as the son of one of the women (Mae Whitman), and the new season will continue to explore his story after coming out to his mother as transgender in the second season to wholehearted love and acceptance. Good Girls: Sunday, 10pm on NBC.
Gentefied, a new comedy from Netflix, premieres on Friday. In the show, three Mexican-American cousins struggle to chase the American Dream, even while that same dream threatens the things they hold most dear: their neighborhood, their immigrant grandfather, and the family taco shop. The family includes queer artist Ana Morales (Karrie Martin). Gentefied: Friday, February 21 on Netflix.
The new Amazon original series Hunters will premiere this Friday, from executive producer Jordan Peele. The show follows a group of Nazi hunters in 1977 New York City who discover hundreds of high-ranking Nazi officials are conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the U.S. Also on the case is FBI Agent Millie Morris (Jerrika Hinton), who is balancing her career, her romance with girlfriend, Maria, and the biggest case she has ever faced. Hunters: all episodes Friday, February 21, on Amazon Prime Video.
